LATE CANCELLATION and NO-SHOW policy:

Please note that the therapist only gets paid for the hours they are booked. When you block and reserve a time slot, you are reserving their time. Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice. Outside this time, you will be responsible for the cost of the therapist’s booked time unless there are unforeseen circumstances, which will be taken into consideration.

No-shows (no communication received by the therapist via email, text, or phone call prior to your appointment) are subject to the full cost of your appointment. The fees will be charged to your credit card on file and cannot be billed to insurance

Ali Gracan

Ali is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy program in 2022. Prior to becoming an RMT, Ali completed her Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences and a Minor in Gerontology at Simon Fraser University, where she was a member of the varsity swim team. Ali had the opportunity to participate in numerous inreaches and outreaches at WCCMT providing her with experience to treat many different conditions and injuries, her favourite being the UBC Varsity outreach as she grew up as a competitive equestrian rider and swimmer. Ali is passionate about helping her clients achieve their health, wellness, and performance goals.
